Booking and Payment Details

Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

You will be liable for any damage or loss up to the specified excess, unless additional insurance applies. 6. Modifications and Cancellations
Cancellation and amendment policies differ depending on the type of booking and the notice period. For precise information, please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Be aware that late cancellations or no-shows could incur additional charges.
7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- Use of the vehicle for any unlawful activities is prohibited. Engaging in racing, rallying, off-roading, or similar risky behaviors is not allowed. Transporting hazardous materials or substances is strictly forbidden. The vehicle must not be sub-let or operated by unauthorized individuals. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purposes and within designated passenger and weight limits. Traveling outside the agreed geographical boundaries requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Kings Norton will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claims will not exceed the total amount you paid for your rental in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraudulent activities.
